Integrative psychiatry incorporates a blend of conventional psychiatric
care with complementary approaches. This approach may include
recommendations including conventional medications and
psychotherapies as well as nutritional changes and nutritional
supplements, life styles changes, and mind-body approaches.
Initial comprehensive evaluation - 100-120 minutes
We will go through a detailed medical history and also review in-depth
details on nutrition, lifestyle, and behavioral patterns, goals and
struggles. It is at this visit that an initial treatment plan will be collaboratively formulated.

50-minute follow up with or without psychotherapy
Time will be spent reviewing and revising progress, resetting goals, and providing
therapeutic services in session as well. Mindfulness work, relaxation
training, cognitive behavioral, supportive, and psycho-dynamic
interventions may be used. She is also trained in basic Accelerated Resolution
Therapy.
$305 (If being seen more than 1x per month, fee goes down to $285 session)
30-minute follow up with or without psychotherapy
Time will be spent reviewing and updating progress and potentially adjusting the plan.
Time limited interventions may be used in session if appropriate.
